I made a promise I'll put aside my ego and talk to you if we fight.
I made a promise that I'll always be there to hear your problems
I made a promise I would care and I really did,
BUT
You took things for granted.
You pissed me off.
You never made those promises
You never could put aside your ego
You never think before speaking
AND
The most hurtful,
You probably NEVER cared.
So, with that, I guess promises are meant to be broken in this circumstance.
