Sunlight

The sunlight slowly crept its' way into her blanket, as she hides away from the sun's warm glow. She despises the day yet has an undisclosed respect for it as well. She despises the sun for being so bright and beaming, so cheerful and hopeful while she feels like whirpool of death being spun inside her. However, she respects it as well. Because everytime the sun shines, it brings about a reminder on how she survived yet another day. How she fought the demons in the darkest hours of blackness and pulled through to see the hopeful rays of sunshine. She's proud of what she's acheived. And nobody can take it away from her. She kicks away her blanket, stands up and lets' the warm glow of the sun engulf her sad soul. Somehow doing that, every morning, makes feel whole again. She can do this. She can recover. She can become better. All she needs is time and the warm embrace of the sun as a daily reminder. She can finally be cured.
